1. Who we are

“Hart Aesthetics”, “we”, “us” refers to Hart Aesthetics (Pty) Ltd (Reg. No. INSERT COMPANY REG NO) operating multiple branches in South Africa (“Branches”). Contact: info@hartaesthetics.co.za • Tel: INSERT NUMBER.

2. Booking & deposits

• Bookings: Bookings may be made online, by phone, or in-branch. Some services (e.g., injectables) require a consultation with a medical doctor.
• Deposits: We may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are credited to your treatment on the day.
• Rescheduling/Cancellation: Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid fees. Late cancellations (<24h) may be charged 50% of the service value; no-shows: 100%.
• Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early. Late arrival may shorten your appointment to avoid delaying the next client; full fees may still apply.

3. Medical information & consent

• You must complete medical history and informed consent forms before certain procedures. Treatments may be declined where contraindicated.
• Results vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or longevity.
• Adverse events are rare but possible (e.g., bruising, swelling, asymmetry, vascular events). Follow all after-care instructions provided.
• Clients under 18 require the presence and written consent of a parent/legal guardian. Some services are unavailable to minors.

4. Pricing & payments

• Current prices are listed below and in-branch. Prices may change without notice; the price confirmed at booking (or on the day, if no quote) applies.
• We accept major cards, EFT (with proof of payment), and Hart Aesthetics gift vouchers. Medical aid claims are not supported.
• Unless stated otherwise, prices are INSERT “inclusive/exclusive of VAT”.

5. Refunds, returns & packages

• Services: Once performed, clinical services are non-refundable. If a clinical review is needed, please contact us within 7 days.
• Prepaid packages/courses: Unless otherwise stated, packages are valid for 12 months from purchase, are non-transferable, and non-refundable except as required by law.
• Gift vouchers: Valid for 3 years from date of issue (per the Consumer Protection Act) unless otherwise printed. Treat like cash.
• Retail products: Unopened, resaleable products may be returned within 7 days with proof of purchase, excluding prescription-only items and products of a hygienic nature.

6. Photos, marketing & reviews

• With your consent, we may take before/after photos for clinical records. Separate consent is obtained for any marketing use.
• Testimonials and reviews may be used for marketing with your permission (first name/initials only, unless otherwise agreed).

7. Children & companions

For safety, please avoid bringing young children into treatment rooms. Companions may be asked to wait in reception during procedures.

8. Multi-branch bookings

Bookings and vouchers are valid across Hart Aesthetics branches (subject to practitioner availability and service offering at each branch). Stock and device availability can differ by location.

9. Liability

We take all reasonable professional care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Website & intellectual property

Website content, logos, and materials are owned by Hart Aesthetics or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Complaints

Please email care@hartaesthetics.co.za. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and propose a resolution promptly.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will appear on our website and apply to future bookings.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You consent to the jurisdiction of the magistrates’ court (notwithstanding the amount claimed) or the High Court, at our election.
